Yuca LTD is registered in England and Wales, company number 07516072, registered office 99 Parsonage Road, Henfield, BN5 9HZ, England. Information we collect

  • Contact form and email. When you contact us we receive your email address, the subject and message you send, and any details you choose to include.
  • Spam protection. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and browser information and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
  • Client accounts. When we manage an Amazon account for a client, we access the client's Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts and the data in them, including order data that may contain customer personal information.

How we use it

We use contact details only to reply to enquiries and to provide the services you ask for. We use client account data only to perform the account management work agreed with that client. We do not sell personal data, use it for marketing to third parties, or share it with anyone except where required by law.

Amazon data

  • Access to client Amazon accounts and Amazon data is limited to Keith Mander, the owner of Yuca LTD. No employees, contractors or sub-contractors have access.
  • Access uses the client's own user permissions in Seller Central, limited to the roles needed for the work, and is protected by strong unique passwords and two-factor authentication.
  • We do not copy Amazon customer personal information (such as names, addresses or phone numbers) out of Amazon's systems, and we do not use it for any purpose other than fulfilling the client's orders and resolving customer issues on the client's behalf.
  • Reports downloaded for analysis are kept only as long as the work requires, are stored on encrypted devices, and are deleted when the engagement ends or within 30 days of the client's request.
  • If we become aware of a security incident affecting client or Amazon data, we will notify the affected client and Amazon promptly, and in any case within 24 hours.

Cookies

This website uses a session cookie, and Google reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies when you use the contact form. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to two years unless they become part of a client relationship. Client business records are kept for as long as UK law requires (normally six years for accounting records).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
